Feature
- Spatter is thoroughly discharged.
- Cycle time is blazing fast (Wire cutting, nozzle cleaning, spraying total: less than 6 seconds).
- Space-saving design (L x W x H): 178×128×227 mm.
- Easy replacement of consumables (reamer, cutters).
- One clamp roller allows adjustment of roller clearance.

- Reamer position adjustable.
Step 1

- Insert a torch to the insertion slot of the wire cutter and extend a piece of wire from a tip.
Step 2

- Cut the protruded wire from the tip by a set length.
- Cutting wire with 2 pieces of cutter makes the surface of wire remain clean without burr.
Step 3

- Insert the torch to the insertion slot of nozzle cleaner.
- Pulverize and remove spatter sticking on the inside of nozzle with the reamer.
- Clamping the nozzle does not allow torch to vibrate during cleaning.
Step 4

- Pull-up the torch and the pulverized spatter will be fallen down.
- It is capable to gather in one place without being dispersed as well.
Step 5

- Lower down and insert the torch again to the same insertion slot to atomize anti-spatter liquid to the inside of nozzle.
- The misty liquid is well applied there.
Step 6

- Finally, pull-up the torch and return it to the production line.
